This beautiful new home with a ‘Hamptons meets New Zealand’ theme combines luxury with a relaxed style. The vaulted ceiling living room boasts a floor to ceiling South Island grey stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evening gatherings, while the large TV room with its big super comfy chaise sofa provides the instant warmth of a gas fire.
Bi-fold doors line the open plan dining and living space overlooking the infinity pool and Matakana estuary with picture-postcard views to Mount Tamahanga.
The state of the art kitchen boasting a butler’s pantry equipped with a Liebherr wine fridge and an impressive Italian espresso machine, opens wide with bi-fold windows to outdoor dining.
The TV and sofa in the loft bunk room makes it a great space for kids, teens or grown-ups to have their own space when the need arises!
Sleeping up to 14, with five bedrooms plus a separate pool house.
The pool house can be used as an additional bedroom when booking the main house if you need to accommodate more than 12 guests. The pool room has a large comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2.
The Boat House & Shepherd’s Hut

For a rustic, luxury experience for up to 4 people, this fully private adjacent dwelling just above the main house can be rented as a separately or provide additional accommodation for larger groups or retreats.
Styled on an American mid-western barn, the Boat House has been re-purposed into a luxury open plan living space with a loft bedroom and a quirky shepherd’s hut as the second bedroom. Cathedral ceilings with skylights and a north-facing deck with a stunning view makes the Boat House a sunny, happy space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
