Located off it’s own private driveway, the main house boasts two large bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large stone fireplace, wooden floors and overlooks Lake Wakatipu towards the Humbolt mountain range. Fully self contained, the main house includes an additional guest wash room and a rustic country kitchen overlooking the stone courtyard and delightful gardens. The main lounge and dining area look through the picturesque window to uninterrupted lake views. A large stone fireplace centered in the main lounge is an ideal spot for cozy romantic winter evenings.
The elevated Studio, with it’s two large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and is independent to the main house but connected by a walkway through the courtyard.

The Owner’s Residence is an ideal setting for multi-generational families wanting to stay together but be independent with ultimate privacy. Enjoy your private Chef and dine in or take the short stroll to the main lodge for pre-dinner cocktails and a five-course degustation dinner in one of the main lodge’s dining areas.
On the Lodge’s lower ground level, the Blanket Bay Spa features a steam rooms, gym and a Jacuzzi with magnificent lake and mountain views. Hidden away beside the Lodge is the 18m x 6m outdoor heated lap pool which captures the alpine environment with glorious lake views to the south (The pool is open during the summer months). And if you are looking for relaxation, re-invigoration or just some pampering, their onsite day spa is the perfect place for the afternoon.
