Aroha Homestead has been superbly designed with high feature ceilings and superior interiors throughout. The property is ideal for entertaining with two living areas, both with expansive open fires, a fully equipped kitchen and butler’s pantry.

The real stand out feature of this property, however, is its fantastic outdoor entertaining areas. Soak up the stunning natural environment from the spa pool or nestle by the roaring wood fire under the sheltered outdoor seating area and gaze out over the mountain range. The outdoor space also includes state of the art Sonos sound system (which allows you to isolate and play different music in kitchen dining/ den and patio areas) plus extensive furniture, petanque court and BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Please note that there is are two separate self-contained units, one located downstairs with its own en-suite, lounge, kitchen and private courtyard and the other above the garage.
