Lakefront suites with fireplaces and lake views, New Zealand's only Two-MICHELIN-Star restaurant and a guest-only wellness sanctuary, a short walk from the centre of Queenstown.

ROKI Collection Signature Suites: Private Villa Living in the Heart of Queenstown

Three to seven-bedroom suites with their own butler, private chef, balcony spa and private elevator, inside one of New Zealand’s most awarded hotels.

Step out of a private elevator into 315 to 749 square metres of your own space, with Lake Wakatipu filling the windows and a fire already lit on the balcony. ROKI Collection’s four Signature Suites give families, friends and multi-generational groups everything a private villa promises: separate bedrooms each with their own ensuite, generous living and dining spaces, outdoor terraces, a dedicated butler and a chef on hand to cook in-suite. The difference is what lies a few floors below. New Zealand’s only Two-MICHELIN-Star restaurant, a guest-only spa named the country’s best in 2026, and a full hotel team are all at your disposal, making this the most complete luxury group accommodation in Queenstown.

The Location

ROKI Collection occupies a lakefront position on Brunswick Street, a short walk from Queenstown’s restaurants and galleries yet removed enough that the lake and The Remarkables set the tone. The Signature Suites sit high in the building, with lakefront balconies looking straight across the water to the mountains.

Arrival is designed for privacy. Each Signature Suite has its own elevator, and the 4 and 7-bedroom suites add private driveway access, so groups can come and go without passing through the lobby. Beyond the hotel, the Southern Lakes are an easy reach for skiing, vineyard touring through Gibbston and Central Otago, golf at Jack’s Point or heli-excursions into the backcountry, and the reservations team can plan the whole itinerary before you land.

The Suites

The 3-Bedroom Brunswick Suite is the most residential of the four. Across 315m², a master wing and a family wing each have their own ensuites and balcony access, meeting in a shared living and dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the terrace is set up for long evenings, with an open fire, outdoor dining and a private spa.

The 3-Bedroom ROKI Suite brings the hotel’s flagship design to a slightly smaller group across 450m². Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite, a bathtub and its own fireplace, and two private balconies hold the outdoor fireplace and spa, with lake and mountain views from every room.

At 550m², the 4-Bedroom ROKI Suite is the signature of the collection. Four ensuite bedrooms, each with bathtub and fireplace, sit alongside expansive living and dining spaces, two lakefront balconies and a rooftop balcony fitted with a private sauna and spa.

The 7-Bedroom Grand ROKI Suite occupies an entire floor of the hotel. Its 749m² hold seven ensuite bedrooms, each with a bathtub and fireplace, along with living and dining spaces scaled for large gatherings, two lakefront balconies and the rooftop sauna and spa. Guests also have use of ROKI’s chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce Cullinan, turning every transfer, dinner reservation or day trip into a seamless door-to-door journey.

The Experience

A Signature Suite stay comes with a level of inclusion rarely matched by private villas. Your butler handles everything from unpacking to restaurant bookings, while a private chef can cook in-suite on request, with only the cost of ingredients charged. Gourmet breakfast is included each morning, canapés arrive before dinner, and the minibar is fully stocked with gourmet snacks. Bathrooms carry Sans [ceuticals] products, robes and slippers, and access to ROKI Pure’s Sleep Concierge helps everyone, from grandparents to young children, rest well after full days on the mountains.

When the group wants to venture beyond the suite, the hotel is waiting. Essence, led by Director of Culinary Paul Froggatt, is the only restaurant in New Zealand to hold Two MICHELIN Stars, with The Journey tasting menu showcasing langoustine, king crab and West Coast venison. The Terrace serves a relaxed seafood-led menu with views of The Remarkables, and The Library Bar offers an exceptional New Zealand wine cellar and an in-house mixologist. ROKI Pure, open only to hotel guests, has a pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna and 24-hour gym, along with Rituals co-created with The Tides Wellness and in-suite Resets that can be arranged within your own suite. It is the best of both worlds: the privacy, space and personal service of a villa, with the dining, wellness and polish of a hotel recognised as New Zealand’s highest-ranked in the 2026 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
