The Hotel Concierge Society Les Clefs d’Or New Zealand – HCSNZ is a non-profit, non-political association of tourism industry professionals. Membership consists of the finest hotel Concierges throughout New Zealand.

It's quite a task to be a good Concierge, requiring many various types of knowledge and an array of good qualities. A Clefs d'Or Concierge will be the best of the best, and must possess them all.
